Returns Policy
We are happy to provide you with store credit as long as the product meets the below requirements, and you return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Eligibility
T-shirts: T-shirts must be returned in a resalable condition, that hasn't been worn, washed or altered, and with tags attached.
Underwear: Please note, for hygiene reasons, underwear products returned must be in a resalable condition: unworn, with the gusset hygiene sticker still attached. All packaging must be sealed and intact, and all additional material (i.e. info card) returned with the item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged unless faulty, so please choose carefully.
International
We're unable to cover returns for international orders, these returns must be covered at buyer's own expense.
Damages and issues
If you've ordered something online and have received a faulty or wrong product, we apologise! We are more than happy to send a replacement, or give you a refund. Please email hello@reemi.org for more details.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, worn underwear or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
